Some Healthy Eating Habits

1.Healthy Snacks.

Some of my favorite healthy snacks are pretty simple. ( & CHEAP!!) pb

Such as toast, peanut butter, and banana.

It’s really just the matter of eating in small amounts. You can eat some of your favorite things you just have to monitor how much you eat. Like a bowl of ice cream go for it, I still do, you just cant have a heaping mountain in your bowl but maybe a cup full.

2. Biggest Secret to Being Healthy?

Get plenty of enough sleep at night. It might sound crazy like, “No way it’s that simple!” but I assure you it is! Going to sleep at a regular time and getting some good Z’s helps restore your body to full strength and gives you the energy you need.

3. & Of Course Exercise is A Given.

I’ve said it before you don’t have to go to the gym and work out hardcore to say you exercise, but instead go walk for a couple of minutes during the day or some simple yoga just to stretch your body’s muscles.

These are 3 of my favorite tips to help you (& me..) stay in shape this year! I believe if you make a schedule and stick to it where you eat healthy snacks throughout the day and walk a little or practice yoga daily we can become a healthier person and weather you notice it or not your attitude will change and you will become a happier person and have more vibrant energy.
